recently started incorpotation seaweed into my diet.
I have tried all the varieties I have found – Wakame, Kelp, Kombu & dulse
The Dulse was purchased at Whole Foods and came from Maine- I no longer have the original bag so I’m not sure what company it was from
I am wondering if you can tell me
when I go out to a Japanese restaurant they have a seeweed that is florescent green
none of the ones i have bought have this appearance
is theres a different type of seeweed or is it a different preperation that causes this
